Terms of Service: Products are delivered digitally.  We will contact customer upon receipt of the order, or the customer can contact us at 615-852-8882 for customization information. Once we receive that information, the customized product will be delivered within 24 hours.

Refund Policy: Since the product is customized for the customer, there are no refunds.
